Cardiff Male Choir Return From Sell Out Tour

Cardiff Male Choir return from their tour to Royal Leamington Spa. They were joined by the Leamington Spa Royal Naval Association Male Voice Choir at a joint concert at Radford Road Church to raise money for the church organ fund. The concert was a sell out, with not a seat to be had in the audience (some had to stand in the vestibule to watch!). The concert raised £1560 for the fund which now stands £118 short of it’s £5,000 target.

Cardiff Male Choir received much praise of its high standard of singing, beautiful harmonies and immense Welsh enthusiasm (which might have been spurred on by the Grand Slam win earlier in the day).

The choirs were conducted by brother and sister Emma and Stephen Height.

As well as the concert being a huge success, the choir’s formed friendships that will hopefully bloom into more joint concerts between the Leamington and Cardiff choirs.

You can view videos of the concert on our songs page.
